Yugeta Saishikomi Holds about 6Double brewed soy sauce is a remarkably unique tasting experience. Yugeta san will start the brewing process with pure ingredients: soy beans, wheat, water salt and koji. When this first shoyu is complete, he will then start the second brewing, but omit the water and replace it with the first batch. This is a deeply rich, exagerated soy sauce with a more viscous consistency and silkier texture than single shoyu (and surprisingly less salty). 360mL.
