Toquilla Straw Hat painting Shake before each use toHandwoven toquilla straw hats in assorted colours and sizes. The hat bodies are individually made by hand in Ecuador using the leaves from the Toquilla palm. These straw hats provide up to 50+ UV protection. We hand shape each crown by hand in our studio and each hat has either a natural flat brim, a more rigid hemmed brim, or a reinforced raw brim. As we say with all our hats; they're neither men's nor women's hats. They're hats for people with heads.
