CASTELLO SOLICCHIATA 2014 - Producer : Castello Solicchiata from Mount Etna; Sicily, Italy On the palate the wineTerraced vineyards with Alberello (bush) training. Harvested by hand with a production of less than 200 grams of grapes per plant. After maceration in conical oak tanks, it ripens for over two years in Barrique of French oak (Allier and Tronais) and then for four five years in the bottle.
