Bronzes This example is of laterMid Century Silver Plated Cased Dessert Cutlery Set for Six Persons. Features a reeded and scroll pattern more commonly seen on Scandanavian cutlery of the period. Housed in its original reptile skin effect fitted case with a plush red satin and velvet interior. Dates to circa 1950's 1960's. Each knife blade is marked for Elkington & Co. The forks are unmarked. The set was retailed by Manoah Rhodes and Sons of Bradford, watchmakers to the Admiralty.
