3D Varnish Size:80 ml carnauba wax3D Varnish by Pentart. Water based varnish that creates a waterproof surface when dry. Formulated for rice paper, tissue paper and regular paper. Available in 40 ml. and 80 ml. 3D water based varnish which creates a clear, waterproof surface (when dry). Great for obtaining a "glass" effect over decoupage paper.
